As a UI/UX Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design vision of our SaaS platform. Your responsibilities will include: - **Design Ownership**: Leading the entire design process from discovery to high-fidelity UI, ensuring a seamless user experience. - **Design System Management**: Building and maintaining a scalable design system for consistency and brand alignment. - **User-Centered Design**: Advocating for user needs through research and data analysis to drive design decisions. - **Conversion Rate Optimization**: Collaborating with various teams to implement data-driven design changes that enhance key performance metrics. - **Collaboration**: Working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. - **Mentorship**: Guiding and mentoring junior designers to help them grow their skills. - **Continuous Improvement**: Staying updated on UX/UI trends and technologies for enhancing user interfaces. Qualifications required for this role include: - 7+ years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role for SaaS products. - A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and CRO impact. - Proficiency in design systems, component libraries, and tools like Figma. - Experience with user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and data-informed design decisions. - Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred qualifications that would be beneficial to have: - Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and React. - Understanding of behavioral psychology and persuasive design principles. - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum environments. - Experience in designing UI/UX for comparison journeys. As a candidate, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective team collaboration abilities, excellent prioritization skills, and the capacity to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
