As a UI/UX Lead at our innovative travel tech company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design and user experience of our digital products. Required Skills & Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a robust portfolio of web and mobile design projects. - Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a design team. - Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision. - Strong knowledge of design systems, UI/UX best practices, and modern design trends. - Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design improvements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. - Ability to balance user-centered design with business objectives and technical constraints.
