UI/UX Lead

As a UI/UX Lead at the company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design vision of the SaaS platform. Your main responsibilities include: - Leading the entire design process from discovery to high-fidelity UI, ensuring a seamless user experience. - Building and maintaining a scalable design system for consistency and brand alignment across products. - Advocating for user needs through research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions. - Collaborating with product, marketing, and analytics teams to improve key metrics such as sign-ups and feature adoption. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. - Guiding and mentoring junior designers for their growth and contribution. - Staying updated on UX/UI trends and technologies for enhancing user interfaces. **Requirements**: - 7+ years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role for SaaS products. - Strong portfolio demonstrating product design and CRO impact. - Proficiency in design systems, Figma, user research, A/B testing, and responsive design principles. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design rationale effectively. - Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel for user behavior tracking. **Nice to Have**: - Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, React. - Knowledge of behavioral psychology or persuasive design principles. - Experience in Agile or Scrum environments. - Design experience in comparison journeys for user decision-making.
