Backend Engineer - Java

Job Purpose

• A Software Engineer with 3+ years of proven experience in developing complex business applications.
• Comprehensive exposure across the entire software development lifecycle - requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Experience in digital commerce or retail domain is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Ability to adapt quickly to multiple programming languages and technology stacks.
• Proficiency in Java, with hands-on experience in Spring Boot preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Additional experience in web development and DevOps will be an Accountabilities & Support Actions :
• Gain a deep understanding of business processes and customer value propositions to design optimal technical solutions.
• Actively contribute to technical architecture, integration design, and supporting documentation.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Adhere to engineering best practices with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Take ownership of deployment, rollout, ongoing maintenance, and application support.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain backend services for Company, ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and scalability to support business operations.
