UI/UX Lead

Armia Systems Pvt Ltd @ Infopark Kochi is looking for Lead UI/UX Developer.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled UI/UX Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of talented UI and UX designers and developers, while ensuring the seamless execution of high-quality digital products. You will work closely with product strategy and ensure the best user experience across our projects managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to drive the design.

Job Specification

• Proven experience (5+ years) in UI/UX design and development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Experienced in leading and mentoring a team of UI/UX developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

• Must have a User-centric mindset to create easy to use UI designs for new web and mobile applications.

• 
  Expert knowledge of any of the design tools like Figma, Sketch, Replit, or InVision.

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.

• Good Understanding of Usability and Interaction Design Principles required for Modern Web/Mobile Application Frontend Design.

• Expertise in visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction . Should be familiar with the latest UI trends.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in building design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.

• Education - Any Degree.
