UI/UX Lead

Role Overview: As the UI/UX Lead at Kapiva, you will drive user-centric design across the digital ecosystem, including the consumer-facing mobile app, website, and internal tools. Your role will involve a strong combination of design thinking, user empathy, and business acumen. Leading and mentoring a team of 4 UI/UX designers, you will ensure that all designs adhere to core UI/UX principles, brand messaging, and platform-specific best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. - Develop and enhance the design system to maintain consistency and scalability. - Monitor key adoption and usability metrics such as engagement rates, click rates, time spent on features, and bounce rate. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly experiences. - Coordinate with marketing and design teams to acquire creatives and content for new features. - Conduct usability studies, collect user feedback, and iterate designs promptly. - Emphasize performance in design by balancing aesthetics with usability and speed. - Mentor junior designers and uphold high standards in visual and interaction design. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position. - Background in D2C or consumer tech is preferred. - Experience in health tech would be advantageous. - Proficiency in Figma and similar prototyping tools. - In-depth knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design principles. - Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex user problems through design. - Proficient in consumer research methods. - Familiarity with emerging AI tools for research and design.,
