UI/UX Lead

As a UI/UX Lead, your role involves leading the UI/UX strategy to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless user journeys. Your responsibilities include designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using Figma, developing interactive UI components in React.js, conducting user research and usability testing, and optimizing performance across devices. Additionally, you will mentor and guide the UI/UX team, staying updated with the latest trends and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the UI/UX strategy to create intuitive user experiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design seamless user journeys. - Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using Figma. - Develop interactive UI components in React.js. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing. - Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices. - Mentor and guide the UI/UX team, setting best practices and design standards. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Expertise in React.js with hands-on experience in building interactive UIs. - Advanced UX Design Skills with knowledge of usability principles and accessibility. - Proficiency in Figma for designing wireframes, prototypes, and UI components. - Ability to map and optimize user flows for better user experiences. - Strong Leadership & Team Management skills to lead design and front-end teams. - Cross-functional Collaboration experience with development and product teams. - Experience in designing for leading applications in the market. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with design systems, component libraries, and UI frameworks. - Knowledge of CSS-in-JS, animations, and micro-interactions. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps workflows. - Exposure to user analytics tools such as Hotjar and Google Analytics.,
