Role: UI/UX Designer III

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Remote for 3 months, then On-site)
• Compensation: ₹21 LPA – ₹24 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Design Excellence

• Create detailed wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes.
• Define product and visual elements to ensure design consistency.
• Set and uphold UI/UX best practices and design standards.
  

Collaboration

• Work with business analysts, developers, and US-based teams to define user flows, sitemaps, and application architecture.
• Present concepts, design rationales, and iteration updates to stakeholders.
  

Research & User Testing

• Conduct user research, develop and implement feedback-driven design iterations.
• Evaluate and enhance human-computer interaction (HCI).
• Lead usability testing for continuous UI improvement.
  

Project & Time Management

• Plan timelines, set deliverables, and manage priorities across multiple projects.
• Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and timelines.
  

Experience

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years with a Master’s, or equivalent industry experience.
• A strong portfolio of successful UI/UX projects and shipped products.
  

Technical Mastery

• Proficient with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; wireframing and prototyping platforms.
• Advanced understanding of UI/UX trends, HCI, design systems.
• Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; troubleshooting and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  

Soft Skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem solving, artistic vision, and keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical abilities.
  

Hiring Process

• Two Technical Rounds (by the US-based team)

Additional Details:-

• First 3 months: Contractual, remote work (anywhere in India)
• After 3 months: Permanent, on-site in Hyderabad (support provided for relocation, if needed)
