What you’ll do:


  • Content Strategy & Execution:

    Plan and manage social campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube aligned with BuildBit’s brand voice and growth goals.
  • Lead Generation through Content:

    Craft posts, carousels, and videos that attract inbound leads and reinforce BuildBit’s expertise in AI, SaaS, and automation.
  • Brand Storytelling:

    Build a consistent narrative across platforms—what we build, how we build, and the people behind it.
  • Community Management:

    Engage with followers, founders, and tech audiences; respond to inquiries and foster meaningful conversations.
  • Analytics & Optimization:

    Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with design, sales, and delivery teams to align campaigns with launches, proposals, and client success stories.
  • Paid Campaigns (Bonus):

    Plan and execute targeted paid ads for lead generation and employer branding.

LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

    +8–12%

  • Monthly qualified inbound leads:

  • Consistent posting cadence:

    4–5 posts/week

What we are looking for:


Must-haves

  • 2–3+ years in social media marketing (preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or agency).
  • Strong grasp of content strategy, copywriting, and storytelling.
  • Proven ability to grow and manage brand accounts from 0 → 10K+.
  • Hands-on with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent written English, visual sense, and consistency in tone.


Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with short-form video creation (Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva, Gemini Veo etc...).
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, or performance marketing basics.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) or collaboration with creative teams.
  • Exposure to B2B lead funnels or CRM tools.
