UI/UX Designer (5+ Years)

Location : Bhopal

We’re looking for a seasoned UI/UX Designer who can turn complex requirements into clean, elegant, and high-converting experiences across e-commerce sites, AI-powered SaaS products, and 3D image-rendering websites. You’ll own end-to-end design—from discovery and concepting to pixel-perfect delivery—while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and 3D artists. If you’re fluent in modern design systems, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted workflows using tools like Figma, Visily, or Uizard, we’d love to talk.

What you’ll do

• Lead user-centered design across web and mobile: user research, journey maps, IA, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems (components, tokens, and guidelines) to ensure consistency and speed.
• Translate business goals into intuitive flows for core e-commerce journeys (search, PLP/PDP, cart, checkout, merchandising) and SaaS patterns (onboarding, dashboards, empty states, pricing, RBAC).
• Partner with engineering to ship reliable, accessible (WCAG-aware), and responsive experiences; provide redlines, states, and micro-interactions.
• Use AI-enhanced design workflows (Figma AI, Visily, Uizard) to accelerate exploration, generate variants, and refine interface copy/micro-UX.
• Conduct usability tests, synthesize insights, and iterate quickly using analytics (GA4, Hotjar) and A/B tests.
• Contribute to 3D/visual workflows by collaborating with 3D designers; design UI for viewers, configurators, and rendering pipelines (awareness of WebGL/Three.js beneficial).
• Document decisions, share rationales, and mentor junior designers on best practices.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped e-commerce and SaaS work; examples of data-informed iteration are a plus.
• Strong proficiency with Figma (components, Auto Layout, variables, prototyping) and working knowledge of AI-assisted tools like Visily or Uizard for rapid ideation.
• Command of UX fundamentals: research methods, IA, interaction design, content design, and accessibility.
• Ability to move from low-fi exploration to high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with front-end realities (HTML/CSS basics; React/Next.js awareness helpful) to ensure designs are feasible and performant.
• Comfort collaborating in agile teams, refining backlogs, writing design specs, and presenting to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for 3D image rendering workflows, product configurators, or real-time viewers.
• Motion/interaction finesse for micro-interactions and transitions.
• Understanding of conversion-rate optimization and growth loops.
