The Technology Risk Management & Compliance (TRM&C) Quality & Compliance Manager will be responsible for operational aspects of Quality and Compliance activities for the initiative within ZICC as well as supporting other global initiatives. This role will also support TRM&C organization in process maintenance and continuous process improvements activities. This role will also support local legal/Privacy in adherence with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), and global privacy initiatives and in operationalizing and maintaining privacy frameworks from ZTD perspective. On the compliance side, this role will be supporting in monitoring of compliance activities including but not limited to application risk profiles, performing periodic compliance monitoring, remediation of compliance gaps, deviation/CAPA monitoring, and facilitating compliance risk assessments to strengthen internal controls. The role also contributes to the Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) framework by updating processes, templates, and reporting compliance performance. Proactive stakeholder coordination and adherence to governance standards are key to ensuring effective risk and privacy management. Additionally, the role will supervise 1 ZICC Quality & Compliance Analyst The focus is on executing risk, regulatory, and privacy activities based on operational data, using tools like AdaptiveGRC and OneTrust. An ideal candidate must have a strong background in the areas of Privacy & Data Protection, security and governance, data classification principles, establishment of strategy, and distillation of government regulations into appropriate privacy and compliance controls for the company. A demonstrated aptitude to rapidly develop expertise in a complex business and technical environment is required. Effective communication and project management skills are required to maintain critical internal and customer relationships. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Percent of Time Data Privacy Operations: * Supports local legal (India) & Privacy Office (Global) in operationalizing and maintenance of India's Privacy law (DPDPA) * Supports in creating Processing activity records. * Operationalize Privacy management services and delivery aspect. o Review and Approval of PbD (Privacy by Design) assessments. o Proactively coordinating with stakeholders on PbD assessment follow-ups, pertaining to assessment completion * Performs Periodic Monitoring on Personal Data Inventories * Supports with Privacy Reporting metric and scorecard 45 % Compliance Operations: * Supports stakeholders in completing application risk profiles, assessing business criticalities, and enabling control through compliance risk assessments. * Performs Compliance Periodic Monitoring on application compliance objectives and controls. * Supports with updates to ZTD Process Framework (Processes, Templates etc.) * Supports in audit and inspections remediation activities * Supports with IT Risk Management Reporting metrics and scorecard 45 % * Supervise 1 ZICC Quality & Compliance Analyst 10% ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS This position will primarily interact with ZTD group and occasionally with Zoetis business colleagues. RESOURCES MANAGED Financial Accountability N/A Supervision Supervise 1 ZICC Quality & Compliance Analyst EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Education: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field * Formal training and/or experience in Data Privacy, and computer system validation space highly desired * Relevant certification such as CISA, CRISC, or CIPT/CIPM is preferred. Experience: * 6+ years of experience in Information Technology * 4+ years of experience in Regulatory (GxP & CSV) Compliance * 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries supporting IT initiatives is a plus. * Expertise in principles, theories, and concepts of regulatory compliance, and of pharmaceutical regulations; including industry knowledge of implementing controls within processes and tools. * Demonstrated skills for independently guiding quality and compliance activities during system development and implementation. * Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with individuals and groups at multiple levels across the organization. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in an unstructured environment. * Excellent customer relationship management skills TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence through personal credibility, integrity, and professionalism. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Relentless dedication to customer satisfaction/excellence. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. * Capable of working both independently and as a team member. * Fluency in English (written and spoken) mandatory.
