Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the travel industry. Leading and managing the travel sales team to achieve targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in corporate and leisure travel, building and maintaining relationships with clients, travel partners, and vendors, conducting market research, managing pricing and promotional strategies, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. - Lead and manage the travel sales team to achieve targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and leisure travel. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel partners, and vendors. - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. - Manage pricing, promotional strategies, and contract negotiations. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in travel sales, preferably with a travel agency or tour operator. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading sales teams. - Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel markets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. - Ability to travel as required.
