Travel Sales Agent

You are a passionate and experienced Travel Sales Agent who will be joining the team at Make Me Travel in Jalandhar. Your role will involve selling domestic and international travel packages, requiring strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: - Possess strong understanding of travel products, destinations, and package selling - Communicate clearly and professionally in English, Hindi, or Punjabi - Understand client needs and offer suitable travel solutions - Utilize Amadeus or similar travel booking platforms effectively - Confidently convert inquiries into bookings with ability to upsell - Manage multiple clients and bookings efficiently - Make quick decisions in handling travel changes or issues - Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, email, and online tools Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in travel sales (international experience preferred) What We Offer: - Fixed salary with attractive incentives - Friendly work environment that supports learning and growth opportunities Please note that the job is full-time with both day and night shift options available.
