Job description Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Lead and manage the travel sales team to achieve targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and leisure travel. Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel partners, and vendors. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Manage pricing, promotional strategies, and contract negotiations. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in travel sales, preferably with a travel agency or tour operator. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading sales teams. Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Ability to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B and B2C travel sales. Familiarity with travel booking software (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.). Multilingual abilities are a plus.
