Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers can apply) Department: Nursing / Patient Care Female candidates are preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, assisting doctors during examinations and procedures, and ensuring all medical protocols are followed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information. Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the physician. Provide post-operative care and support to patients and their families. Assist in medical procedures and emergency responses. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Coordinate with doctors and other medical staff for seamless patient care. Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Qualifications & Skills: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent. Must be registered with the Maharashtra Nursing Council. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for EMR (Electronic Medical Record) documentation. Preferred Requirements: Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, or home healthcare settings. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
