Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for lead generation. Manage daily operations of social media marketing: content scheduling, engagement, and analytics. Execute organic growth strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp. Generate qualified inbound and outbound leads using tools and automation (emails, landing pages, outreach). Collaborate with design and content teams for high-performing creatives and copy. Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other dashboards. Build and maintain CRM and marketing automation workflows for nurturing leads. Stay updated with the latest digital trends, ad policies, and growth hacks. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and audience targeting strategies. Proven track record of managing social media pages and driving engagement. Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and landing page builders. Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Analytics, Meta dashboards, etc. Creative mindset with strong copywriting and storytelling abilities. Self-driven, accountable, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
