Travel Sales Agent

As a US Travel Sales Associate at Webvio Technologies, you will play a crucial role in handling inbound calls, converting them into sales, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound calls and effectively converting them into sales. - Selling flight tickets on campaign calls to interested clients. - Providing clients with travel advice, information, and assistance. - Booking tickets and accommodation to ensure smooth travel arrangements. - Identifying client preferences and recommending suitable travel packages or services. - Researching and gathering information on various travel destinations, including prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews. - Resolving any issues faced by travelers and determining eligibility for refunds. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients. - Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus) is essential. - Experience in handling PPC calls is preferred. Webvio Technologies is an IT and Travel Services company offering a full-time, permanent position for this role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the travel industry and expertise in handling PPC calls. A bachelor's degree in Tourism is preferred, and any graduate is required to apply. The position involves working in rotational shifts at the Okhla Phase-III office in South Delhi, New Delhi. In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 25,000.00 to 50,000.00 per month, you will have the opportunity to earn unlimited incentives and cash incentives on daily sales.
