Job Title: Travel Sales Consultant – 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 Location: Okhla, South Delhi. Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 years in travel sales or a related role Industry: Travel & Tourism Department: Sales About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our 𝐝𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 packages team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into confirmed holiday bookings by understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable travel packages, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads (calls, emails, website inquiries) and convert them into domestic travel bookings. Understand customer needs and preferences to suggest suitable holiday packages (hotels, transport, activities, etc.). Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions. Customize travel packages as per client requirements and budget. Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner to maximize conversion. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings using CRM tools. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs. Stay updated on domestic travel trends, offers, and partner/vendor information. Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth trip execution. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, customer service, or lead conversion. Strong knowledge of popular domestic and international travel destinations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals. Good negotiation skills and persuasive selling techniques. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. A passion for travel and customer satisfaction.
