Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of travel consultants to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Indian travel destinations (popular as well as offbeat).
• Build and maintain strong vendor networks with 4 & 5-star hotels and transport providers.
• Provide competitive pricing for FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and group bookings.
• Handle end-to-end domestic travel arrangements, including hotels, transport, and itineraries.
• Plan and manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) travel programs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
• Maintain proper documentation in compliance with travel regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven leadership and team management experience in the travel industry.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Hands-on experience in MICE and corporate travel bookings.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking platforms.
