Our commitment to quality, personalization, and seamless execution has earned us a loyal clientele and a strong position in the travel industry. ______________ Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Executive – Sales & Operations who will be the central point of contact between clients and our internal operations team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in outbound travel planning for both Groups and FITs, and solid knowledge of domestic and international destinations. You will manage the complete sales and operations cycle—from initial client inquiry to final execution. ______________ Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. Handle inquiries and convert leads for domestic and international travel packages. Create and customize itineraries as per client preferences and budgets. Manage all travel components: flights, hotels, transportation, visas, travel insurance, excursions, and other related services. Work closely with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and quality arrangements. Ensure seamless coordination with the operations team to execute travel plans with precision. Maintain strong post-sales communication and handle any modifications or concerns. Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel documents in an accurate and timely manner. Stay updated on destination trends, travel advisories, and visa guidelines. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead follow-up and client engagement. ______________ Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Sales & Operations role in the travel industry. Strong understanding of outbound travel, including Group and FIT movements. Excellent destination knowledge – both domestic and international. Proven ability to handle end-to-end client servicing and tour execution. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency in travel booking tools and Microsoft Office.
