Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Training Manager to join our team at Marriott, with 5-12 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and create targeted solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with business goals.
Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for various audiences.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in training management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Experience with training software and technologies is desirable.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
