Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Training Manager

to lead and manage end-to-end training initiatives for IT and government projects. The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that align with project goals and drive transformation and process adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive training plans aligned with project requirements.
Work with Project/Engagement Managers to get training plans approved and executed on time.
Lead and manage a team of trainers to ensure quality delivery and performance.
Conduct training effectiveness assessments and implement improvements.
Stay updated with latest IT trends and technologies to keep training content relevant.
Ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders and alignment with project goals.

Key Requirements

Mandatory:

Experience in direct stakeholder engagement.
Experience working with government clients or public sector projects.

Proven experience in change management and transformation initiatives.
Strong expertise in training methodologies, metrics, and plan development.
Experience with ERP systems and process adoption strategies.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Education: Postgraduate degree (BE/BTech/MTech/MBA or equivalent).
Experience:

Minimum 8 years in the IT and training industry.
At least 4 years exclusively in IT-related training or teaching.

Skills Required

Proficiency in English and Kannada (both written and verbal).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
