Training Manager

A Corporate Product & Process Training Manager specializes in training employees on the company's products/services and internal operational processes. They work with product and operations teams to design, develop, and deliver training programs (including e-learning) for new launches and ongoing updates. Their goal is to ensure employees, from sales to customer service, have the knowledge and skills needed to perform effectively, ultimately improving customer experience and operational efficiency. This role requires strong skills in instructional design, communication, and a deep understanding of the business's offerings and workflows.
