Job Description

The Training Executive is responsible for implementing and monitoring training programs that enhance the performance and skills of frontline staff, kitchen crew, and store managers. This role ensures that employees understand operational standards, customer service protocols, safety, and hygiene practices to deliver consistent QSR brand experience.



Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery & Implementation

  • Conduct induction programs for new employees across various roles (cashiers, cooks, delivery personnel, etc.)
  • Deliver soft skills and technical training (customer service, POS usage, food preparation SOPs, safety & hygiene)
  • Organize on-the-job training and refresher courses for existing staff
  • Facilitate leadership and upskilling sessions for crew leads and supervisors

Content & Program Development

  • Assist in developing training materials, manuals, SOPs, and e-learning modules
  • Customize training content for different roles based on operational requirements

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Track and report training completion rates and effectiveness
  • Conduct post-training evaluations and field observations
  • Identify training gaps and recommend solutions for performance improvement

Operational Support

  • Coordinate with restaurant managers and area coaches to schedule training without disrupting operations
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations during training sessions
  • Support rollout of new menu items or equipment with proper crew training



Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
  • Hands-on approach with a customer service mindset
  • Familiarity with QSR operations and frontline staff challenges
  • Knowledge of training tools and basic learning management systems (LMS)



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality, Business, or related field or Graduate
  • 1+ years experience in training, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality sector
  • Certification in training/facilitation is a plus



Working Conditions:

  • Willingness to travel across store locations for on-site training
  • Flexible schedule including weekends or evenings as required
