The role focuses on building strong process understanding, improving performance, and ensuring compliance among bikers, pickers, packers, and stackers across stores and warehouses in Gujarat.🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesConduct onboarding & induction programs for new joinersDeliver hands-on, process-based training on delivery, picking, packing, stacking, and safetyProvide refresher sessions and continuous on-the-job coachingIdentify training gaps through operational errors, audits, and customer feedbackMaintain training attendance, feedback, and performance reportsSupport SOP implementation, quality checks, and process auditsEnsure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standardsCoordinate with operations teams to plan training without impacting productivityTravel daily to assigned stores/warehouses for training deliveryPrepare training presentations and handle professional email communication👤 Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience:1–3 years in training or operations (warehouse, logistics, retail preferred)Language Skills:English – GoodHindi & Gujarati – PreferredTechnical Skills:Strong understanding of operational SOPsBasic MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting & trackingSoft Skills:Excellent communication and batch-handling abilityPatient, practical approach to training blue-collar workforce✅ Mandatory RequirementsOwn two-wheelerValid Driving LicenseWillingness to travel across locationsReporting To: Regional Training ManagerWork Nature: Field-based | Full-time📩 Interested candidates, share your CV at:muskansrivastava@getnaukri.co.in
