Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Executive based in Gwalior. The Training Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing training content, conducting sessions, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and ensuring alignment with the company's brand standards. The role also entails collaborating with department heads to ensure cohesive learning strategies and a culture of consistent service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Training Development, Program Management, and Employee Development
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Public Speaking skills
• Experience in Hospitality, Customer Service, and Employee Engagement
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Training Assessment Techniques
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
