Job Description

Background :   At least 3 years of team handling experience, working at a managerial level

Industry:   Automobile Sales

Qualification :   Minimum Graduate, Engineer / MBA preferred

Competency Required :

- Team Management

- Very good understanding of Automobile Industry, Selling Skills, Auto Technology, Finance, Insurance, Registration Process and other Allied Services

- Tech savvy

- Ability to analyze sales data

- Ability to guide and handhold Sales team

- Ability to develop and deliver basic training programs

- Valid Car Driving License is compulsory

Responsibilities:
  • Second in line in Showroom operations

  • Responsible for Recruitment, Joining, training, mentoring, grooming & development of Manpower

  • All new joining Sr. RM & RM will be part of TDM?s team for first 3 months

  • Conducting weekly evaluations and training sessions at dealership

  • Tracking performance of Sales Manpower and handholding on improvement areas

  • Assisting GM/Showroom Manager in day to day planning & operations

  • MIS monitoring & trend analysis

  • Responsible for tracking & achieving all MSIL incentive schemes & NEXA score card
