About the Role

The Doctor Relations Intern will support the Doctor Relations team in building and nurturing professional relationships with referring doctors, specialists, and clinics. This role provides hands-on exposure to healthcare marketing, referral management, and relationship-building practices in the fertility industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Doctor Relations team in identifying, mapping, and profiling potential referring doctors/clinics.
• Support in maintaining regular communication with existing doctor partners.
• Coordinate appointments, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and awareness programs with doctors.
• Maintain and update doctor databases, visit reports, and referral trackers.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
• Shadow senior Doctor Relations Executives during field visits to understand best practices.
• Collect feedback from doctors and escalate issues to the concerned team.
• Ensure timely follow-up on referrals and track patient conversions.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn healthcare business development.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel locally for doctor visits/events.
• Professional grooming and etiquette.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate, Freshers
