Job Description

Responsibilities Patient Services & Communication : Schedule appointments, greet and educate patients, manage calls, and assist in OPD care. Coordination : Collaborate with doctors, patients, and teams for scheduling, prescriptions, tests, and treatment planning. Medication Management : Ensure correct administration and dosage of medications and injections. Injection Room Duties : Provide patient instructions, administer trigger injections, maintain records, and ensure patient privacy. Scan Room Management : Support doctors during scans, maintain schedules and machine functionality, and update patient records. Operation Theatre (OT) Support : Assist in surgeries, maintain sterile environment, manage OT scheduling, records, and patient prep/recovery. Follow-up & Reporting : Track patient medication, appointments, and pending reports; coordinate care and updates. Maintenance of Equipment & Supplies : Ensure surgical tools, drugs, and equipment are in proper condition and stock is well managed. Compliance & Submissions : Adhere to legal regulations (e.g., PCPNDT), maintain narcotic and compliance records, and submit required forms.
