Job Summary

AWP (Aerial Work Platform) rental sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    AWP rental sales

    for construction, infrastructure, industrial, and large project clients through

    extensive field sales, site visits, and contractor interactions

    .
  • Identify upcoming projects by engaging with

    construction companies, EPC contractors, infrastructure developers, project managers, plant heads, and safety teams

    .
  • Achieve assigned

    monthly and annual rental revenue and order booking targets

    .
  • Conduct site assessments to understand height access requirements and recommend suitable

    AWP equipment (scissor lifts, boom lifts, mast lifts, etc.)

    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, safety officers, and decision-makers to generate repeat rental business.
  • Prepare and present rental quotations, commercial proposals, and equipment demonstrations at project sites.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely equipment mobilization, installation, and breakdown support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular site follow-ups, issue resolution, and service coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of field activities, customer interactions, rental pipeline, and closures in CRM.
  • Monitor competitor activity, rental pricing, and market trends in the AWP and access equipment space and share insights with management.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, project meetings, and promotional events as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Business Management.
  • 5–7 years of experience

    in

    B2B field sales

    within

    AWP rental, construction equipment rental, access equipment, heavy equipment, or infrastructure-related industries

    .
  • Strong exposure to

    construction sites, industrial projects, EPC contractors, and infrastructure clients

    is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in

    rental business models, project-based sales, or equipment hiring

    will be a strong advantage.
