Job Title: Training and Development Manager Location: Gurgaon Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing our organization's training and development programs. They will collaborate closely with department heads and HR to identify training needs, develop effective learning strategies, and ensure continuous improvement in employee skills and competencies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and strategies. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and consultation with managers. Design and deliver a variety of training methods, including classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations. Evaluate and revise training programs based on feedback and performance metrics. Collaborate with department managers to support individual training needs and career development plans. Monitor and maintain training records and compliance with regulatory requirements. Stay current with developments in training and development research and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience as a Training and Development Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
