Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs, supporting talent development initiatives, and aligning workforce strategies with business objectives. Adept at working cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to drive employee engagement, performance, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills, particularly for sales and client-facing teams. Collaborate with department heads and team leads to identify skill gaps and development needs across the organization. Deliver onboarding, soft skills, product training, and role-specific programs in both virtual and physical formats. Drive continuous learning culture through structured L&D frameworks and performance improvement initiatives. Support HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation. Analyze training effectiveness and ROI to refine learning strategies. Act as a bridge between HR and sales departments to align people development goals with revenue targets. Foster strong internal relationships and enhance communication and collaboration across departments.
