SUMMARY
Summary:
The Trainer - CCE (Customer Care Executive) role at Edu Jobs Academy is a pivotal position within our skill development initiative, dedicated to transforming candidates into job-ready professionals from Day Zero. As a key driver of our employability-focused programs, this role involves end-to-end candidate development through structured theory, hands-on practice, and real-world exposure via field visits. The trainer is responsible for maintaining high attendance, ensuring strong performance outcomes, and actively supporting placement efforts. With close coordination with center managers and headquarters, the trainer plays a critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality training that aligns with industry standards and client expectations. This position demands a dynamic, results-oriented professional committed to excellence in training delivery and candidate success.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end development of candidates in the CCE domain, from onboarding to job readiness.
  • Maintain accurate daily attendance records and monitor batch progress throughout the training cycle.
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, combining theoretical instruction with practical application.
  • Conduct field visits to enhance real-world learning and reinforce training outcomes.
  • Submit all required reports to the Center Head and Head Office in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain regular and proactive communication with the Center Manager and Head Office.
  • Ensure 100% batch attendance and optimize pass percentages through targeted support and interventions.
  • Actively participate in placement activities, including candidate preparation and client interactions.
  • Guide mobilizers in identifying and selecting suitable candidates for the program.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 2 3 years of experience as a CCE, CRM, or ITES Trainer.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to apply diverse training methodologies tailored to the target audience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and people management capabilities.
  • In - depth knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training techniques.
  • Experience managing the full training cycle from planning to evaluation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
