Reporting Structure: Reports to: Finance & Investor Relations 4. Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Trainee to join our dynamic finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in finance. The Finance Trainee will support various financial operations, gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, and contribute to the organization’s financial health under the guidance of experienced professionals. 5. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including data entry and invoice processing. Conduct basic financial analysis and assist in interpreting financial data. Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies. Collaborate with the finance team on month-end and year-end closing activities. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data reconciliation, and documentation. 6. Primary Objectives: The primary objective of the Finance Trainee role is to support the finance team in daily operations, financial reporting, and analysis while developing foundational skills in financial management and contributing to the organization’s financial accuracy and efficiency 7. Competencies Required: Technical Competencies Attention to Detail: Precision in handling numerical data and financial records to ensure accuracy. Time Management: Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to team goals. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and financial concepts quickly. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or pursuing one, if internship). Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 9. Working Conditions: Role Type: Full Time and Onsite Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for the General Shift and 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM for the Post-Noon Shift (on a rotational basis). There will be two days off each week, which may not necessarily fall on a Saturday or Sunday. Travel Requirements: No Trainee Tenure: The traineeship period is for a duration of 11 months.
