Position: TPA Head Ayushman Operator Location: India (On-site) Role Responsibilities Lead and manage the TPA operations for Ayushman Bharat initiatives. Oversee the daily functions of the TPA department to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize service delivery and patient care. Implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory standards and best practices. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, patients, and regulatory bodies. Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate training and development programs for TPA staff. Handle escalated patient queries and issues to ensure resolution. Prepare regular reports on TPA operations for management review. Evaluate TPA performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed. Support strategic planning initiatives to enhance TPA offerings. Facilitate communication between departments to encourage collaborative work efforts. Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and changes to improve TPA services. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in TPA operations or healthcare management. Proven leadership experience and team management skills. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in project management tools and techniques. Experience in stakeholder management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with healthcare data analysis tools. Knowledge of insurance processes, especially Ayushman Bharat schemes. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Willingness to work on-site and engage in hands-on management.
