Tour & Travel Sales Manager

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Leading and managing the travel sales team will be crucial in achieving targets. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in corporate and leisure travel will also be a key aspect of your role. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, travel partners, and vendors is essential. Conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs, managing pricing, promotional strategies, and contract negotiations, as well as preparing regular sales reports and forecasts will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service is a priority. - Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field is required. - 5+ years of experience in travel sales, preferably with a travel agency or tour operator. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading sales teams. - Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel markets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. - Ability to travel as required. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in B2B and B2C travel sales. - Familiarity with travel booking software (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.). - Multilingual abilities are a plus.
