ROLE DEFINITION

Tour Sales & Operations Executive – Leisure is the one who is responsible for connecting with

clients to understand their requirements regarding customized tours in India or International,

Creating the itinerary and pricing, Coordinating with vendors, booking resources like hotels,

transport, activities etc., managing backend tour operations, with a purpose of delivering value

with accuracy and creating happiness for the travellers so that they repeat frequently & refer

us to their close contacts. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships,

vendor relations and customer retention.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Tour Sales & Operations Executive specializing in

Southeast Asian leisure travel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, selling, and

operating customized holiday packages to destinations like Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Thailand,

Cambodia, and neighbouring regions. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent

supplier coordination, and an exceptional customer service mind-set to ensure smooth travel

experiences for individual and group travellers.

Leisure Travel – Inbound & Outbound Tours


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Consultation

 Design and sell tailor-made leisure holiday packages to Southeast Asian destinations.

 Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins, providing expert advice and travel

solutions.

 Prepare costing, quotations, and itineraries based on client requirements and budget.

 Suggest upselling opportunities including excursions, activities, travel insurance, and

upgrades.

Operations & Execution

 Manage end-to-end booking processes including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and

visa arrangements.

 Liaise with overseas suppliers, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and local

vendors to ensure seamless services.

 Monitor travel arrangements, address any on-ground challenges, and provide 24/7 support

when needed.

 Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and payments in accordance with

company policies.


Product & Market Development

 Keep up-to-date with tourism trends, seasonal promotions, and competitor offerings in

Southeast Asia.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, and DMC partners.

 Conduct destination training and assist in creating new travel products/packages.

Customer Service & Quality Control

 Ensure all clients receive exceptional pre-trip, on-trip, and post-trip support.

 Gather customer feedback to continuously improve travel offerings and services.

 Handle complaints or issues with empathy, professionalism, and prompt resolution.


Requirements & Qualifications:


 Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).

 Minimum 1–3 years of experience in leisure travel sales and operations.

 Proven expertise in handling Southeast Asian destinations – Vietnam, Sri Lanka,

Thailand, Cambodia, etc.

 Strong knowledge of visa requirements, local attractions, and travel logistics for the

region.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in reservation systems, GDS (preferred), and MS Office tools.

 Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage tight deadlines.

 Flexibility for occasional travel and after-hours support as per operational needs.

Location: Nirmal Corporate Centre, Mulund West, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time


Working Hours:

 Monday to Friday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

 All Saturdays: Half-day working

 Sundays: Weekly off


Probation Period: 3 months

Compensation: Salary as per current CTC and industry standards (Preferred bracket: ₹25,000 –

₹35,000 per month).
