Job Title : Tour Sales & Operations Executive – Leisure (Southeast Asia Specialist) Department: Leisure Travel – Inbound & Outbound Tours Key Responsibilities: Sales & Consultation  Design and sell tailor-made leisure holiday packages to Southeast Asian destinations.  Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins, providing expert advice and travel solutions.  Prepare costing, quotations, and itineraries based on client requirements and budget.  Suggest upselling opportunities including excursions, activities, travel insurance, and upgrades. Operations & Execution  Manage end-to-end booking processes including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and visa arrangements.  Liaise with overseas suppliers, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and local vendors to ensure seamless services.  Monitor travel arrangements, address any on-ground challenges, and provide 24/7 support when needed.  Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and payments in accordance with company policies. Product & Market Development  Keep up-to-date with tourism trends, seasonal promotions, and competitor offerings in Southeast Asia.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, and DMC partners.  Conduct destination training and assist in creating new travel products/packages.
