Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in Kannur. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing and leading guided tours, providing excellent customer service, consulting clients on travel plans, and ensuring a high standard of travel experiences. Daily tasks include planning itineraries, coordinating travel arrangements, and responding to client inquiries. Qualifications Experience in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry Excellent organizational and planning abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in relevant travel booking software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
