Tour Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Tour Consultant, based on-site in Kannur. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing and coordinating guided tours, providing excellent customer service, and offering expert travel consulting services. The role involves collaborating with clients to design custom travel itineraries that meet their specific needs, managing bookings, and addressing any concerns or requests that may arise during the planning and travel process.

Qualifications

• Skills in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Background in Travel & Tourism
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using travel booking and management systems
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
