Job Overview We are looking for a Tour Consultant who can manage daily leads, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, and handle sales and operations tasks, including itinerary design, costing, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, communication skills, and an understanding of the travel booking process. Key Responsibilities Handle daily inbound travel inquiries (leads from online, B2B, phone, and email channels). Understand client requirements and design customized tour itineraries. Prepare detailed quotations and costings based on client needs and company pricing standards. Follow up with clients and close sales efficiently to achieve monthly targets. Coordinate with hotels, transport partners, and DMCs to ensure accurate service arrangements. Manage the end-to-end operations of confirmed bookings — from proposal to final travel document delivery. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings in the CRM system. Provide prompt and professional communication with clients and suppliers. Requirements & Skills Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum 1–4 years of experience in sales or operations within the travel industry. Strong knowledge of international destinations (especially Southeast Asia, Europe, and Middle East preferred). Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and Email communication). Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
