Tour Consultant

You are an experienced Tour Consultant with 12 years of expertise in the travel and tourism industry. Your primary responsibility will be to handle client inquiries, create personalized travel itineraries, manage bookings, and ensure a smooth travel experience for customers. - Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements. - Design and share customized tour packages for domestic and international destinations. - Coordinate bookings with airlines, hotels, and ground partners, ensuring confirmations. - Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip. - Achieve sales and service targets set by the company. You should have: - 12 years of experience as a Tour Consultant or Travel Executive in the travel & tourism sector. - Strong knowledge of international and domestic destinations, flights, and hotel booking systems. - Proficiency in MS Office and travel software/booking portals like Amadeus, Galileo, Traventry, or similar. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple clients simultaneously. - Well-presented, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Tourism, Commerce, or Business. - Certification in IATA or Tourism Management is preferred.
