Job Title: Tour Consultant / Operations Executive
Work Locations: Trichy, Kochi, Bangalore, Delhi

We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Tour Consultants / Operations Executives to manage day-to-day tour operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling bookings, coordinating with vendors, updating itineraries, and ensuring smooth tour execution.
Manage hotel bookings, vehicle allotments, and vendor coordination
Update itineraries in internal software/CRM
Handle CRM tasks, maintain records, and manage email-based communication
Allocate GRE and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless operations
Monitor tour progress and troubleshoot operational issues
Ensure timely communication and high-quality service delivery
Strong written communication skills in English
Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Experience in CRM tools, email handling, or tour operation software
Basic understanding of tour processes, bookings, and itinerary handling (preferred)
Ability to work independently and handle high volumes of tasks
2 to 3 years of experience in tourism operations / travel coordination is prefer. Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for travel may also apply
Candidates willing to work in Trichy, Kochi, Bangalore, or Delhi will be given preference.
