Job Description: Holiday Expert / Inbound Sales Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Holiday Experts who are passionate about travel and enjoy describing destinations with excitement and clarity. This role involves converting inbound sales enquiries into confirmed bookings by providing accurate information, personalized holiday suggestions, and outstanding guest support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales enquiries via calls, emails, chat, and social platforms.

Understand guest requirements and create customized holiday itineraries.

Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

Provide detailed descriptions of destinations, hotels, activities, and packages.

Maintain excellent customer relationships and deliver a positive guest experience.

Coordinate with operations and vendor teams for booking confirmation.

Maintain records of enquiries, conversions, and communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Multi-lingual candidates preferred

Prior experience in the tourism industry is an advantage.

Freshers with a passion for travel and willingness to learn are also welcome.

Ability to understand customer needs and pitch suitable travel solutions.

Strong persuasion, sales, and follow-up skills.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email drafting, CRM preferred).
