Holiday Package Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages (domestic & international).
  
• Create customized itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and special experiences.
  
• Provide clients with package options, quotations, and complete cost breakdowns.
  
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and local partners to finalize bookings.
  
• Ensure timely communication with clients regarding package details, documentation, and travel updates.
  
• Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and refunds as per company policy.
  
• Maintain strong knowledge of popular destinations, travel trends, and seasonal offers.
  
• Upsell travel services such as insurance, visa assistance, activities, and upgrades.
  
• Resolve client queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, follow-ups, and payments using CRM/travel software.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in holiday package sales or travel consultancy.
  
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
  
• Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Travel CRM).
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to create detailed and attractive itineraries.
  
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with DMCs in UAE, Thailand, Maldives, Europe, etc.
  
• Knowledge of visa requirements for popular destinations.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
