This role does not involve direct sales targets ; the primary focus is coordination, follow-up, and process support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the Holidays Sales Team to manage client enquiries, package details, and booking requirements. Communicate and follow up with internal departments such as Ticketing, Visa, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely processing of customer requests. Maintain updated records of enquiries, bookings, itineraries, and confirmations. Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and required documents with clients as instructed by the Sales Team. Ensure all customer details are accurately documented and updated in the system. Monitor booking status and provide timely updates to the respective teams. Follow up on pending documents, payments, or confirmations from clients and internal teams. Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, maintaining files, and organizing schedules.
