We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our team on a contractual basis. The role primarily involves sourcing candidates and coordinating interview schedules. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates interested in starting a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders on interview status
• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably HR/Management)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in recruitment

Contract Details

• Contractual position (duration): 4 Months
