HR Recruiter Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes, talent sourcing, and HR operations while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Stipend pay - Rs 5,000 per month
• Duration - 3 months
• Work Mode - Full time
• Working Days - 5 (Weekends are off)
• Certificate will be provided after completing the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Post job openings on various hiring platforms
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Assist with HR-related administrative tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Interest in HR recruitment and talent acquisition
• Prior internship or coursework in HR (optional)
