Position: Customer Relation Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relation Executives. The role involves assisting customers with travel-related services, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions through phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist clients with ticketing, holiday packages, visas, and other travel services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
• Provide information on products, promotions, and travel guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
• Support cross-selling and upselling of company services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
