Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tour Consultant, located in Shimla with some flexibility for remote work. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for designing and selling travel packages, coordinating guided tours, communicating with clients to understand their travel needs, and providing outstanding customer service. They will assist clients in planning personalized travel experiences and ensure seamless trip execution. Qualifications Experience in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting Strong Communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management Knowledge of Travel & Tourism trends and best practices Proficiency with travel booking platforms and software (preferred but not required) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous Willingness to occasionally travel and explore new destinations to enhance product offerings
